What we collect, and what we don't.
Tailored Strategy is a 1-on-1 digital assets coaching practice run by Jayden Gunville and his team. The only thing on this site that collects anything is the early-access application. This page describes exactly what that form does.

The short version. If you fill in the application we keep your answers so we can decide whether we can help you and get back to you. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers, there are no tracking scripts, and this site sets no cookies of any kind. If you want your application deleted, email us and it is gone.
What the form asks for
All of it is optional in the sense that you can close the form. If you submit it, everything below is recorded except where noted.

| Income | A broad annual band, so we know whether the coaching is affordable before we take up your time. A range, never an exact figure, and never an account balance. |
Two things we record that you did not type
- Your IP address. Sent by your browser with the submission. We keep it to tell real applications from automated abuse.
- Your country. Derived from that IP by our host. Country only — not a city, not a location.
We also record the date and time you applied.
What we never ask for, and never want
- Wallet addresses, seed phrases, private keys or recovery phrases. Nobody legitimate will ever ask you for these, including us.
- Exchange logins, API keys, or access to any account you hold.
- Bank details, card numbers, or any government ID.
- Your exact net worth, exact income, or exact portfolio value — the form only ever offers ranges.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no third-party script of any kind. The fonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, so loading a page here does not announce your visit to anyone else. Nothing is stored in your browser.
Where it is kept, and who can see it
Applications are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the United States, and the site itself runs on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf as our hosting provider; they do not use it for their own purposes.
Access is limited to Jayden Gunville and anyone he engages to help run the practice. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not add you to any list you did not apply to.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you do not, we keep your application for up to 24 months in case you come back, and delete it after that. You can have it deleted sooner at any time, for any reason, without explaining yourself.
Your choices
You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will do it:
- Show you everything we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your application entirely.
- Stop contacting you, while keeping or deleting the record as you prefer.
Email info@tailoredstrategy.co from the address you applied with, or tell us which address you used. We aim to respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have a right to complain to a data protection regulator.
Children
This is not for under-18s. We do not knowingly accept applications from them, and will delete any we find.
If this page changes
Each version of this policy is dated, and the version you agreed to is recorded with your application — so we can always tell you exactly what you were shown. If we change it in a way that matters, we will contact applicants we still hold records for.

Coaching is educational. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose money, including all of it. Decisions you make are your own.
